Barack Obama’s signature health care law is going to be challenged in front of the Supreme Court. Well, at least part of the law will be challenged. The main part of Obamacare (also known as the Affordable Health Care Act) has already been heard in front of the supreme court. The justices ruled in favor of Obamacare by a vote of 5-4 in 2012 making the heart of Obamacare the law of the land. Though this new challenge could have many devastating effects on the American people if the Supreme Court justices rule against the Affordable Care Act.
